Join us on a Sunday Morning at 10:30am for our weekly act of worship.
Hovingham congregation worships at three locations. Hovingham Chapel, The Parish Church and Slingsby Methodist. Do check the worship plan, to verify where we are meeting each week.
Our services are led by our minister, or local preachers from the Ryedale Methodist circuit. The service usually lasts around an hour, and includes the singing of hymns, readings from the bible, a reflection on the readings, and led prayers. Once a month we also share in bread and wine (communion) to which everyone is welcome.
Following the service tea and coffee are served and we take the opportunity to catch up with one another.
