Ryedale Methodist Circuit
Our Community Soup Lunch (with a pudding) takes place every Second Wednesday from 12:00-1:00pm in the community room at Slingsby Methodist Church.
A home made soup and home made pudding, cooked by our own volunteers. Join us through the left hand entrance of the church.
A friendly warm space open to everyone.
Our services are led by our minister, or local preachers from the Ryedale Methodist circuit. The service usually lasts around an hour, and includes the singing of hymns, readings from the bible, a reflection on the readings, and led prayers. Once a month we also share in bread and wine (communion) to which everyone is welcome.
Following the service tea and coffee are served and we take the opportunity to catch up with one another.
