One Holy Week – Unpacking the Events of Holy Week throughout Lent, with the Chosen Videos

Journey with Jesus and his Disciples this Lent

as we unpack the story of Holy Week.

We gather weekly on  Monday evenings on 23rd Feb, 2nd March, 9th March, 16th March, 23rd March, 30th March – AND Tues 31st March and Wed 1st April.

We invite you to join us either online, or in-person at Norton Trinity Methodist to watch an Episode of ‘the Chosen’ in the Fellowship Hall, between 7-8pm.  Limited parking is available in the church car park.

If you’ve not stumbled across ‘The Chosen’ – it is a Global Box Office Smash, that you may have never heard of.  It has grossed $140 million worldwide across 55 countries.  The Chosen:Last Supper – Part 1 was the highest-grossing installment of the series, earning $22 million.

What is it about – the life of Jesus, and his disciples, staying pretty close to the bible, but filling in the gaps with well researched storylines, beautifully told, funny, and emotional to watch.  Even if you arent into religious films you may be captivated by this

We are showing a composite of their Christmas stories, this Christmas at Malton Wesley, all are welcome to this family friendly taste of Christmas.

They’ve  taken the special episodes The Shepherd and The Messengers from Christmas past and woven them together (wreath-like) with fabulous music and some commentary, into your Christmas present.
